Some of the prices were okay, but I wouldn’t say everything was cheaper than other sites. Delivery went fine, so no major issues there, but I was expecting a little better value overall. I also found the next steps kind of unclear after ordering, like I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or when, which made the whole experience feel a bit less smooth

The order was mostly fine. One item was wrong, which was annoying, but everything else was correct, so it wasn’t like the whole thing was a mess

The delivery felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking so many times I actually remember doing it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, which is weirdly the moment that stuck with me. By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

The prices aren’t amazing, and I do wish they were a bit lower, but they’re reasonable enough. I can’t really complain too much.

I’m not happy with this at all. The quality felt really cheap and not what I expected. To make it worse, when I tried to reach out about it, I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which was really frustrating. Overall, not a good experience.

The box looked a little dented in a couple spots, but the items inside seemed to be fine. Overall, I’d say the packaging was okay, just not perfect.

My order showed up just fine, but the tracking updates were kind of slow and not super clear. I ended up checking it myself a bunch of times, lol. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to have better updates along the way...

"Easy enough to use"
The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was simple, which I appreciated. It did take me a minute to find one item, though, which was a bit annoying, but overall I didn’t really have any major problems.

I popped in looking for a few basic pharmacy bits, but the selection felt limited when I was there. A lot of the things I expected to find weren’t on the shelves, so maybe it was just bad timing or they’d had a busy day. Either way, I couldn’t get what I needed and ended up going somewhere else

I ordered from Pharmeden a little while ago, maybe late last month or the month before, can’t remember exactly. Everything seemed legit when it arrived. The packaging was properly sealed and the product looked the same as the one I usually buy. Delivery was fine as well, no real issues. I was happy with it and would use them again...

"Fine if you’re not in a hurry"
I’ve ordered from pharmeden.co.uk a couple of times now, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The first order showed up surprisingly quickly, which was nice, but the next one took longer than I expected and the tracking barely told me anything. To be fair, everything did arrive in good condition in the end, so they can clearly get the basics right. I just wouldn’t rely on them if I needed something urgently. I’d probably use them again, but only when I’ve got time to wait around.
"Damaged item and really poor support"
I ordered a few bits from pharmeden.co.uk and one of the items arrived damaged in the box. I sent photos over straight away and explained what had happened, but the replies were slow and didn’t really get me anywhere. It just felt like I was being passed around in circles instead of them actually sorting it out. I expected a replacement or refund without having to keep chasing. Has anyone else had this kind of issue with them? I won’t be ordering from there again

They did fix the problem in the end, but it took ages and I’m still annoyed about it. From the tone of the updates, I got the feeling it wasn’t being treated as urgently as it should’ve been, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

My order arrived with two items missing, which feels like such an avoidable issue. I emailed them photos and the invoice, but the replies were slow and they kept asking for the same information again. After days of chasing, I still haven’t had a refund or replacement sorted. It really feels like once they’ve got your money, they’re not too bothered. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I sent my order back and then had to keep chasing them just to get my refund sorted. The replies were slow, I never really got a clear update unless I asked first. it felt like they were just hoping I’d forget about it. Really frustrating experience, I won’t be ordering from them again

"Dates were way too short on my order"
I was disappointed because the expiry dates on the items I received were much closer than I expected. It felt like I had to rush to use everything, which isn’t ideal if you’re buying a few things at once, like snacks, pantry stuff, drinks, or anything you’d normally keep for a while. I’ve ordered similar products before from other places and usually get a decent amount of time, so this was frustrating.
